1. Service provider
The TurnirPlan web application (hereinafter “TurnirPlan” or “the service”) is provided by:
Ljubljanska cesta 2A, 1295 Ivančna Gorica, Slovenia
Company registration number: 9213899000
VAT ID: SI22595279
Email: info@turnirplan.si
Website: www.turnirplan.si
In these terms, “user” means a registered person, organization or visitor to a public view, and “organizer” means a user or organization that creates or manages a tournament.
2. Purpose and scope of the service
TurnirPlan is a web tool for preparing and managing sports tournaments. Depending on the selected plan, it may include tournament creation, team registrations, groups, schedules, results, standings, playoffs, a public LIVE view, announcements, statistics, documents, QR links and other organizational features.
TurnirPlan provides a technical tool to the organizer. The provider does not organize individual tournaments or determine competition rules and is not responsible for running a tournament, referees’ decisions, the accuracy of entered results or participants’ conduct.
3. Registration and user account
- Users must provide accurate, up-to-date information and protect their sign-in credentials.
- An account may not be transferred to another person or used in a way that compromises the security of the service.
- Users are responsible for actions performed through their account, unless they promptly notify the provider of unauthorized access.
- Users must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. When using the service on behalf of an organization, they confirm that they may represent it or have appropriate authorization.
An organization may have multiple members with different roles. Its owner or administrator is responsible for granting and revoking access rights for colleagues.
4. Tournament data and the organizer’s responsibilities
The organizer is responsible for the lawfulness, accuracy and currency of data entered into TurnirPlan, particularly information about tournaments, teams, players, results, contact persons, entry fees, sponsors and announcements.
If the organizer enables a public view, selected tournament information may be accessible to anyone with the link, including the tournament name, location and date, teams or players, schedule, results, standings, statistics and announcements. Before publication, the organizer must establish an appropriate legal basis and inform participants about the publication.
For the duration of their use of the service, users grant the provider a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, process, display and technically reproduce submitted content solely to provide TurnirPlan.
5. Plans, prices and features
Available plans, their features, limits and prices are displayed in the app before purchase. The current offering may include:
- FREE – a free plan with a limited set of features;
- ONE TOURNAMENT – a one-time purchase of access for a selected tournament;
- PACK OF 3 – a one-time purchase of three tournament credits;
- CLUB ANNUAL – an annual subscription that renews automatically until cancelled.
Prices are quoted in euros. The final price and applicable tax treatment, based on the payer’s details, are displayed before payment confirmation. The provider may change its offering and prices for future purchases; changes do not affect periods already paid for or rights already granted, unless required by law or security needs.
6. Payments, invoices and subscriptions
Online payments and card details are processed by Stripe. The provider does not receive the full card number. A purchase is concluded when payment is successfully confirmed and TurnirPlan grants the user the purchased access or credits.
With the CLUB ANNUAL plan, the subscription automatically renews for another year until the user cancels it. The subscription and payment method can be managed through the user account or Stripe portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, unless otherwise required by law or specified in the individual offer.
Users are responsible for the accuracy of their billing details. Invoices and other legally required documents may be sent electronically.
7. Consumers, withdrawal and refunds
Users acting as consumers have rights under applicable consumer legislation for distance contracts, including a right to withdraw within 14 days, unless a statutory exception applies.
If a consumer expressly requests that the digital service begin before the withdrawal period ends, a proportionate amount for the service already provided may be taken into account upon withdrawal. Where the statutory conditions for loss of the right to withdraw are met, users are informed before purchase.
Users should send requests for withdrawal or a refund to info@turnirplan.si and include the account email, purchased plan, purchase date and information needed to identify the transaction. This does not limit statutory rights relating to a digital service’s lack of conformity.
Credits from the pack of 3 cannot be transferred between unrelated organizations and generally cannot be exchanged for cash, except under a statutory right of withdrawal, in the event of an established error, or by express agreement with the provider.
8. Operation, maintenance and changes
The provider strives for reliable operation but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free availability. Temporary interruptions may result from maintenance, upgrades, infrastructure provider outages, security incidents or force majeure.
Before a tournament, the organizer must check its settings, schedule and rules, and retain a reasonable export or other backup for important events. TurnirPlan does not replace the organizer’s operational plan for an internet outage.
The provider may develop or change the service or discontinue individual features. Where possible, users will be notified within a reasonable time of material changes to a paid service.
9. Permitted use
Prohibited activities include unauthorized access, overloading the system, circumventing security or plan limits, automated bulk data collection, spreading malicious code, infringing others’ rights and publishing unlawful, misleading or offensive content.
The provider may temporarily restrict access for security reasons or serious breaches. Where circumstances permit, users will be asked to remedy the breach before permanent action is taken.
10. Intellectual property
TurnirPlan’s software, design, graphics, brand and original content are protected. Users acquire a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service under their selected plan, rather than ownership of the software.
Users retain rights to their own submitted content and warrant that it does not infringe third-party rights.
11. Liability
The provider is liable to the extent required by mandatory law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or affects consumers’ statutory rights.
The provider is not responsible for the organizer’s content and decisions, participants’ conduct, incorrectly entered results, failures of a user’s equipment or connection, or third-party services outside the provider’s reasonable control.
12. Account deletion and termination
Users may delete their account in settings if there are no technical or legal obstacles. Before deletion, they must resolve ownership of their organizations and export data if needed. Data the provider must retain for tax, accounting, security or other statutory obligations will not be deleted before the prescribed retention period expires.
Account termination does not affect obligations and rights arising before termination.
13. Support, complaints and disputes
For questions, complaints or requests to exercise your rights, write to info@turnirplan.si. The provider will aim to respond without undue delay.
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. For consumers, this does not remove protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence.
The provider currently does not recognize any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution body as competent to resolve consumer disputes, unless a specific regulation requires otherwise. Information on out-of-court dispute resolution is published on GOV.SI.
14. Changes to these terms
The provider may update these terms due to changes in the service, legislation, security or business model. A new version will be published on this page with its effective date. The provider will appropriately notify existing paid users of material changes affecting them.
